Fitnesspb operates the fitnesspb app and website. Contact us at support@fitnesspb.app.

What we collect

• Account details, including email address and profile details.
• Health and fitness details you enter, including goals, body measurements, injuries, medical notes, workouts, food logs, and activity logs.
• Food and label photos you upload for nutrition analysis.
• GPS location while you actively record walks, runs, or routes, including background tracking if you allow it.
• Device, usage, error, and security data needed to run and protect the app.
• Support messages you send to us.

Why we use it

We use this data to create your account, provide personalised workouts, estimate food nutrition, calculate calories burned, show your history, process support requests, keep the app secure, and improve Fitnesspb.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes card details, billing, tax, invoices, subscriptions, cancellations, and payment support. We do not store your full card number.

Who we share data with

We share data only with providers needed to run the service, including hosting, database, AI nutrition analysis, payment, security, and support providers. We do not sell personal data or health data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict your data. You can also withdraw consent for optional health, photo, or location processing. Email support@fitnesspb.app.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and database rules so users can only see their own records. We keep account, workout, activity, and food data while your account is active, then delete or anonymise it after account deletion unless the law requires us to keep limited records.
