Fitnesspb offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for fitnesspb Pro. If you are not happy, request a refund within 30 days of your order date.
Free trial
fitnesspb Pro starts with a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email Fitnesspb at support@fitnesspb.app with the email address used at checkout.
Subscription cancellation
Cancelling stops future billing. It does not automatically refund the latest payment, so ask for a refund separately if you want your money back under this policy.
How long refunds take
Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 3 to 10 business days.
