Who you contract with

The fitnesspb app and website are provided by Fitnesspb. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

What Fitnesspb does

Fitnesspb provides personalised workout plans, workout logging, food photo and label scanning, calorie and macro estimates, GPS walk tracking, cardio tracking, and daily activity calorie estimates.

Not medical advice

Fitnesspb is for general fitness and nutrition tracking. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a replacement for a doctor, dietitian, or qualified trainer. You are responsible for deciding whether any workout, food choice, or activity is safe for you.

AI estimates

Food scanning and calorie calculations can be wrong, especially when labels are unclear, food portions are hidden, or photos are incomplete. Treat nutrition, calorie burn, and workout guidance as estimates. Check anything important yourself.

Subscription and payment

fitnesspb Pro costs $9.90 AUD per month after a 3-day free trial. It renews monthly until cancelled. Taxes may be added at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Fitnesspb offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy for details.

Your account and content

Keep your login details safe. You own the photos, notes, logs, and other content you add. You give Fitnesspb permission to store and process that content only to provide the app to you.

Misuse

Do not break the law, abuse the service, attack our systems, scrape the app, bypass the paywall, upload harmful content, or use the app to harm another person. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse Fitnesspb.
